Today like any other started by "Mom can you turn on my TV its just not working". From there, well lets just say today is going to be a very normal kind of day! I decided to let the chickens out this morning. This always gets the fella's moving. After the dogs were put up the chickens came out… As I'm weeding a flowerbed I hear "WE HAVE 3 ROOSTERS!" – "no grant we only have two so far", as if any day we will wake up and one of the girls will have morphed into a BOY! Just what I need ONE more BOY! Two minutes later Britt comes over to me carrying a silkie (white fluffy chicken) – 'fluffy pants' as it is affectionately known. Britt is showing me why he believes it is a boy when Ben comes up holding another. Together they tell me the differences between the two finishing by Ben saying "see mom this one has her hair back – like you mom. You have your hair like the chicken so it must be a girl". Note to self – fix hair so I will no longer be confused with a chicken!
